Day to day life inevitably takes a toll on our physical wellbeing. If you spend significant amounts of time at a desk, it’s worth making sure this has as little impact as possible on your health. I offer a specialized assessment, particularly directed at those who work from home. I will suggest modifications to your workstation setup to make your life easier and avoid common problems such as repetitive strain injuries and back pain.
This advice is totally independent – I am not affiliated with any office equipment supplier. As far as possible, we will aim to make best use of existing equipment.
I can either use photographs supplied by you, or make an on-site visit in the local area, for a more in-depth analysis.
I have specific training in this field and am an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors.
If you think your workstation is contributing to aches and pains, please get in touch to discuss your needs.
